Treasure hunt

Hello hello and welcome to my treasure hunt! This is basically a very simple 1D minesweeper. You can play it on your own, or use it as a little D&D puzzle. If you want an item for in the chest, may I suggest my items page!

The rules

• Below are 6 chests. Some of them have monsters inside.
• Next to each chest is a hint about how many monsters are in adjacent (including diagonal) chests
• Click on a chest to open it
• The goal is to figure out which chests are safe and to avoid the monsters.
• If you're using this as a D&D game you can trigger a fight when a chest with a monster is opened.
• Refresh the page to play again, the chest contents will be in a different order.

Hint #2

"You hear scurrying all around" means there's two adjacent monsters and "you hear faint scratching" means there's one adjacent monster.
